Find E60.rar in the drive and download it. It will be around 3gb. Locate and open the EC-APPS folder. It will be in the location you chose when installing the BMW Standard Tools pack. Open the folder called NFS. Now you need to open the E60.rar file you downloaded. I have a E90 with the idrive controller not working, it doesn't even light up. The steering wheel air bag was deployd due to a small accident, i had to replace the positive battery cable after the accident. Before i replaced it, all electrical was working fine, but car didn't start due to the positive battery cable being detonated. When you plug in the y cable from BMW audio is passed through the aux, and audio "control" is passed through the USB part of the cable. You cant play music running only a normal USB connection from your phone to the USB port. The Power comes from the MULF2. The USB/AUX port itself has had a couple of part number changes. CIC to NBT retrofit would be a subset of the CCC to NBT requirements. I have a 2006 E90 330i. For equipment relevant to the retrofit, my car was equipped with CCC /w voice control, telematics, Logic 7, heated seats, and ALU satin trim. Just got an Avin 8.8" Andriod v7.1 Multimedia Navigation System for the wife's 2010 BMW 528i E60. Thought I would post a review. Hopefully, this is in the correct spot. Here is what I got from Avin…. Right after I purchased this, the v8.1 came out. You said no audio and no voice control. iDrive controller is controlled by the CCC not the other way around. The CCC just uses the controller as an input device. It could never prevent audio from working. You can disconnect the controller and still get audio. It's also possible the TCU failed. Flip the iDrive controller over and remove the bottom-most black plastic cover. There are 3 clips on one side and two on the other. I used the screwdriver to unclasp the clips. Below the cover you’ll expose bottom end of the ribbon cable. The brown clip on the connector holds tension on the cable. Vay Tiền Trả Góp Theo Tháng Chỉ Cần Cmnd Hỗ Trợ Nợ Xấu.
